Event "Wish Upon a Shooting Star"

During the holiday season, a special event with a chain of missions will be going on. Players who complete all primary tasks will be awarded with the German Tier II Attack Aircraft, the Henschel Hs 123. Completion of all additional tasks will reward players with the U.S. Tier VIII fighter, the Lockheed P-80A Shooting Star.

Special Holiday Event "Santa's Bag"

After the update is released, a special event, "Santa's Bag", will start. By participating in the event, players will be able to get not only gold, Free XP, and days of Premium Account, but also exclusive aircraft.

Balance Changes for Aircraft

Burst duration for rear guns mounted on the TSh-2, TSh-3, IL-8, IL-10, IL-20, IL-40, IL-40P, BSh-1, IL-10M, Wirraway, and Ju 88 P was increased as part of improving the visualisation of the rear gunner's firing. Also, field of fire of rear guns mounted on the IL-40 and IL-40P was adjusted.

New Gift Aircraft:

P-80A-1 Shooting Star: U.S. Tier VIII Fighter.
Henschel Hs 123: German Tier II Attack Aircraft.

Moving Rear Guns

Development and testing of animated rear gunners and their guns still continues. It is now possible to see rear gunners tracking a target and firing at it. Also, the animation for firing with rear guns was added. In this update, moving rear guns were added for the following aircraft: TSh-2, TSh-3, IL-8, IL-10, IL-20, IL-40, IL-40P, BSh-1, IL-10M, Wirraway, and Ju 88 P.

Paint Schemes

A set of new paint schemes was created for a number of popular aircraft. Each aircraft from the list below now has its own unique paint scheme with metallic hues. The new paint schemes can be applied to the following aircraft:
