Achievements

Achievements and victory marks are awarded to players for exceptional battle effectiveness. Achievements can be tied to both general statistics of a player and awarded individually for each aircraft and its crew.

To check your achievements, go to Service Record tab on the top menu panel in the Hangar.

Lindbergh Order

Awarded for participating in the Supertest for 9 months.

Charles Lindbergh was an American aviator who was the first to cross the Atlantic, flying from New York to Paris. He served as a consultant to the U.S. Army and Navy during World War II. Although Lindbergh was a civilian, he nevertheless flew about 50 combat missions.

Gorovets Medal

Awarded for destroying at least 9 enemy aircraft in one battle. Available in Standard Battle only.

Alexander Gorovets was a Soviet fighter ace. On July 6, 1943 he single-handedly attacked a large formation of German aircraft and managed to destroy 9 of them. Returning to the base with no ammunition for defense and low on fuel, Gorovets was shot down and killed.

Rudorffer Medal

Awarded for destroying at least 13 enemy aircraft in one battle. Available in Standard Battle only.

Erich Rudorffer was a German fighter ace, who served throughout all of World War II. Flying more than 1,000 combat missions, he engaged in aerial combat 302 times. Rudorffer claimed a total of 222 aerial victories, including 60 victories on the Western Front, 26 in North Africa, and 136 on the Eastern Front.

Zvonarev Medal

Awarded for destroying 3 enemy aircraft with rockets in one battle. Available in Standard Battle only.

Nikolay Zvonarev was a Soviet test pilot. On August 20, 1939, during the Soviet–Japanese border conflict, the formation of the I-16 fighters under Zvonarev’s command first successfully used rockets in aerial combat over the Khalkhyn Gol river, destroying several enemy fighters.

Clostermann Medal

Awarded for destroying at least 7 enemy aircraft and receiving at least 15 points for destroying enemy ground targets in one battle. Available in Standard Battle only.

Pierre Clostermann was the top French fighter ace. After the defeat of France, he joined the Royal Air Force. Clostermann was credited with a total of 33 victories and destroyed a significant number of enemy ground targets.

Gabreski Medal

Awarded for destroying at least 9 enemy aircraft and receiving at least 15 points for enemy targets destroyed in one battle. Available in Standard Battle only.

Francis "Gabby" Gabreski was an American fighter ace. During World War II he destroyed 28 enemy aircraft in the P-47 Thunderbolt, and 6 more aircraft during the Korean War.

McGuire Medal

Awarded for destroying at least 3 enemy aircraft in one battle in a heavy fighter. All aircraft must be at least two tiers higher than the player's aircraft. Available in Standard Battle only.

Thomas McGuire was an American ace, who served during World War II. Flying the P-38 Lightning heavy fighter, he shot down 38 Japanese aircraft. He died during air combat on January 7, 1945.

Akamatsu Medal

Awarded for destroying at least 3 enemy aircraft in one battle in a fighter. All aircraft must be at least two tiers higher than the player's aircraft. Available in Standard Battle only.

Sadaaki Akamatsu was a Japanese ace. He destroyed 27 enemy aircraft during the Second Sino-Japanese War and World War II. During combat in 1945, he faced more technically advanced American fighters, shooting down more than 10 of them.

Efimov Medal

Awarded for destroying at least 3 enemy aircraft in one battle in an attack aircraft. All aircraft must be at least two tiers higher than the player's aircraft. Available in Standard Battle only.

Alexander Efimov was a Soviet attack aircraft pilot, who served during World War II. In 1942–1945, he flew 288 combat missions in the IL-2 attack aircraft. He destroyed a significant number of ground targets and shot down 8 enemy aircraft in air combat and 85 aircraft on the ground.

Awarded for active participation in one Public Test of any World of Warplanes update.

Public Test Specialist

Rank 9 - Awarded for active participation in two Public Tests of any World of Warplanes update.

Rank 8 - Awarded for active participation in three Public Tests of any World of Warplanes update.

Rank 7 - Awarded for active participation in four Public Tests of any World of Warplanes update.

Public Test Expert

Rank 6 - Awarded for active participation in five Public Tests of any World of Warplanes update.

Awarded for destroying at least 4 enemy aircraft and receiving at least 15 points for enemy ground targets destroyed in one battle. The player can fly an aircraft of any type: fighter, heavy fighter, or attack aircraft.

Thunder

Awarded for receiving at least 75 points for enemy ground targets destroyed in one battle. The player can fly an aircraft of any type: fighter, heavy fighter, or attack aircraft.

Galland Medal III Class

Awarded for earning 3 Ace medals in fighters.

Galland Medal II Class

Awarded for earning 30 Ace medals in fighters.

Galland Medal I Class

Awarded for earning 300 Ace medals in fighters.

Adolf Galland was a German fighter ace, who served as a Luftwaffe Lieutenant-General during World War II. He flew 705 combat missions and was credited with 104 aerial victories. He was appointed Commander of the Germany's Fighter Force in November 1941 and stayed in this position until January 1945.

Bong Medal (Class III - I)

Awarded for earning 3 Destroyer medals in heavy fighters.

Bong Medal II Class

Awarded for earning 30 Destroyer medals in heavy fighters.

Bong Medal I Class

Awarded for earning 300 Destroyer medals in heavy fighters.

Richard Ira Bong was the U.S. Army Air Force's highest-scoring ace during World War II. Flying the Lockheed P-38 Lightning, he shot down at least 40 Japanese aircraft while serving in the South Pacific. He died on August 6, 1945 during a test flight in the P-80 Shooting Star.

Meyer Medal (Class III - I)

Awarded for earning 3 Thunder medals in attack aircraft.

Meyer Medal II Class

Awarded for earning 30 Thunder medals in attack aircraft.

Meyer Medal I Class

Awarded for earning 300 Thunder medals in attack aircraft.

Bruno Meyer was a German attack ace who served during World War II. He participated in battles in Poland, France, North Africa, and the Eastern Front. Flying more than 1,000 combat missions, he destroyed a significant number of ground vehicles, including 183 tanks. He mainly flew the Hs 129 attack aircraft.

Graf Medal (Class IV - I)

Graf Medal IV Class

Awarded for destroying 10 enemy aircraft in Standard Battles.

Graf Medal III Class

Awarded for destroying 100 enemy aircraft in Standard Battles.

Graf Medal II Class

Awarded for destroying 1,000 enemy aircraft in Standard Battles.

Graf Medal I Class

Awarded for destroying 10,000 enemy aircraft in Standard Battles.

Hermann Graf was a German ace, who served during World War II. He flew 800 combat missions and was credited with 212 aerial victories on the Eastern and Western fronts. He was the world's first pilot to score 200 aerial victories.

Begeldinov Medal (Class IV - I)

Begeldinov Medal IV Class

Awarded for receiving 150 points for enemy targets destroyed in Standard Battles.

Begeldinov Medal III Class

Awarded for receiving 1,500 points for enemy targets destroyed in Standard Battles.

Begeldinov Medal II Class

Awarded for receiving 15,000 points for enemy targets destroyed in Standard Battles.

Begeldinov Medal I Class

Awarded for receiving 150,000 points for enemy targets destroyed in Standard Battles.

Talgat Begeldinov was a Soviet attack aircraft pilot who served during World War II. In 1943–1945, he flew 305 combat missions, destroyed a significant number of ground targets, and shot down 7 enemy aircraft.
