Monthly Missions: The Thunder from Down Under

Welcome to March Madness where we have a great set of new missions that will give you the opportunity to pick up another exclusive gift aircraft that can’t be obtained any other way! This month’s top prize has been introduced into the game with Version 1.6, but has been lying dormant so far, waiting for the right moment to make its grand entrance into the game. Since Attack Aircraft are very en vogue right now, you’ll be glad to hear that this new gift aircraft is not only another great example of this (so far) somewhat under-represented plane class, but is also the first contender from a completely new nation: Australia!

Who’s This New Premium Contender?

Have you guessed it yet? We’re talking about the CAC CA-1 Wirraway of course! 

This Australian-built Allied Ground Attacker will officially be part of the UK tech tree in-game, where it will add more depth to the field, making for even richer low-mid tier battles. This month only, you will have the chance to add it to your collection, completely for free, simply by fulfilling our newest monthly missions.

Here’s How You Can Get It

To make things a bit more interesting, the assignments will be handed out a bit differently this time. You will still need to complete missions in order to win the plane. However, instead of announcing the assignments upfront, this month’s missions will be hidden – so you can’t know when exactly they will be activated.

There will be a total of six of these hidden missions. They will appear all throughout March and last only 24 hours each. However, to make the task of completing them a manageable endeavour, they will be rather simple (e.g. damage 20 planes, destroy 5 planes, win 3 battles, etc.). You will be able to complete every hidden mission over as many battles as you like – but only during the 24 hour time period during which it is available.

Not only will each mission grant its own individual reward, such as extra XP or helpful Equipment and Consumables, but it’ll also work towards unlocking the aircraft at the end of March. In total, you will need to finish five out of six of these hidden missions to win the Wirraway.

As you can see, the task at hand this month will be a bit more challenging – but we guarantee that the reward is truly worth the effort!

Also, make full use of the new Flight Auto-Search feature (introduced with Version 1.7) to earn additional Crew XP this month by completing our second, permanently available mission!

These missions will run from Sunday 1 March at 06:10 until Wednesday 1 April at 07:00 CEST (UTC+1).
