How to join the Open Beta

The Open Beta has started and that means that everybody can now join the ranks of players who are actively testing World of Warplanes. If you too are tired from watching from the sidelines and want to find out what all the fuss is about, then all you have to do is set up your own Wargaming account and get going!

We show you how to do so in a few simple steps. Let’s go!

Note: If you already have a Wargaming account (e.g. from playing World of Tanks), then use it in World of Warplanes too. You won’t need to re-register and can log directly into the game! You will also soon be able to benefit from the Unified Premium Account system!

 

This is how you create your Open Beta account

Step 1:

Click on “create account” at the top right corner of the website’s main screen.

 

Step 2:

Fill out the registration form by inputting your e-mail-address and selecting a username as well as a secure password.

Note: If you like, you can use your existing Facebook, Twitter, or Gmail account to create your unified Wargaming account as well.

 

 

Step 3:

Click on the “PLAY FOR FREE” button to submit your registration request. 

Step 4:

An e-mail will be immediately sent out to the address you’ve specified, containing a unique registration link which you’ll need to click to activate your account.

 

Step 5:

Once this is done, you’re all set up and your account is ready. Just log in using your new credentials, download the game client and take off to the skies!
