Anniversary “My Epic Video” Contest

Goal

Create a World of Warplanes-themed video about the game’s first anniversary!

You can use replays or live gameplay footage from all your battles for the montage of your video. Make a compilation of your best aerial stunts, show off your best takedowns or simply display the most graphically stunning moments you’ve seen in the game – anything goes!

Conditions

You may use all visual and musical tools at your disposal.

• Your video must be between 1-4 minutes long. It’s not all about production value. Creativity counts too!
• The use of video editing software is allowed. You can use text layers and post-effects too.
• You can only use World of Warplanes in-game footage.
• In terms of musical score, you’re allowed to use all tracks from the official World of Warplanes soundtrack.
• Your submission must be clearly recognisable as your own original creation.
• Upload your finished video to YouTube, then post the link to it in our contest topic on the forums (see Submission below).
• Please make sure your video is at least 720p in resolution.
•  The winners will be selected by an internal vote of the EU Wargaming Community Team. The submission that receives the biggest number of votes will win.
• Only one entry per player is allowed. That means you can send in one entry for our Artwork Contest and one for this video competition.

Legal Requirements

By entering the contest you…

• …agree that your submission can be used and published by Wargaming.net.
• …agree that you are not submitting copyrighted material or materials that have previously been published on the internet or that violate the Wargaming.net-EULA or Terms of Service.
• …confirm that you are the author of the content/materials that you submit.

Submission

Please submit your video to the dedicated “My Epic Video” Anniversary Contest thread on the World of Warplanes forum. 

• Please note that all submissions in this topic will be hidden until we reveal the winning selection on the portal.
• Once the selection is made, we will contact the authors of the winning submissions via Private Message to inquire about their contact information so that we can ship them their prizes. As such we will require their full name, address and phone number.

Time Frame

The contest runs from Thursday 13 November until Monday 1 December at 12:00 CET (UTC+1).

Any contributions to the contest submitted past this deadline cannot be accepted.
