Update 0.5.2 is here!

Today, with the new 0.5.2 update we introduce a brand new feature called Unified Premium, which is the next step in linking all of our “World of” titles into one Wargaming Universe. As you might remember from the previous article, Unified Premium Account will enable you to share Premium time between all of your Wargaming products.

This feature links Premium status between World of Tanks and World of Warplanes accounts and gives you the opportunity to earn tokens in World of Warplanes. You can use them to buy Premium time. Please note that buying Premium time in World of Warplanes will give you the exact same amount of Premium days in World of Tanks as well. Yes, you are not mistaken: you can receive Premium time in both games by playing World of Warplanes before its official release!

How to earn Premium time:

There are two ways of earning Premium time from now on, until World of Warplanes release on September 26^th:

1. Buy Premium time as usual by using Gold in World of Tanks.
2. Play World of Warplanes and receive daily tokens for performing certain actions in the game. These tokens can then be used to buy Premium time.

This means that you can receive a total of 240 tokens per day!

We are also entering the next phase of the open beta. This means introducing some changes, which you can check in this article. In short: your remaining Premium time will be reset and your tokens converted to credits. There will also be some rebalancing, HUD changes and fixes – you can view them in the detailed list of release notes.
