The Spitfire Ia was used extensively during the Battle of Britain and Operation Dunkirk and it no longer needs to be only the stuff of legends. Take control, get up close and personal with your machine guns, and slip out of danger just as fast as you boosted into it.

Some British Spitfires were inevitably captured by the German forces, and this is one of them. Engineers installed this Spitfire with a German DB 605 engine. Is the Supermarine Spitfire V DB 605 an improvement on the original? Go and find out!
