Replays: How to Use

Replays

Replays are here! With Update 2.0.5, you are able to record your battles and watch them back afterwards. Look no further if you want to look back and analyse your gameplay, share your combat footage, or simply watch your enemies crash and burn.

How to enable replays

To enable battle recording, go to Game Menu → Settings → General and check the box next to 'Save battle replays'. The path where the replay files will be stored is displayed in this window too.

How to launch a replay

Go to the folder where your replays are stored and simply double click on the one you want to open. A replay will be opened in the latest installed version of the World of Warplanes client, so the version of the game client where a replay was recorded must be the same as the currently installed game client version.

If you have more than one World of Warplanes clients, a replay can be started by dragging a replay file to the WorldofWarplanes.exe file in the root folder with the game client where the replay was recorded.

  • LCtrl: Show/hide player
• Camera
  • T: default mode
    • While being in default mode, press and hold LMB to look around
  • C: cinematic mode
  • E: enable/disable post effects
  • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 : different camera presets
• Playback
  • Space Bar: Play / Pause
  • Arrow Up: Speed Up
  • Arrow Down: Slow Down
• Interface:
  • Home: Hide / Show interface
  • Tab: Show team panels
  • Alt: Alternative interface Mode
