This plane is the Soviet version of the American P-40 Kittyhawk. Since it consists of almost the same modules, it features strong flight characteristics similar to its big brother. The main difference is the M-105 engine, which is just marginally weaker in terms of airspeed, but in return makes the plane perform better at lower altitudes. With the P-40 M-105 you get superior firepower from the start, without having to save up for expensive upgrades. All in all this a very solid fighter with no real drawbacks to speak of.
