Did you notice? While we’re collectively waiting for the release of Version 1.6, our web designers have taken the time to update the media section on the portal.
Our goal was to bring the look of the popular section in line with what we’ve chosen for the ongoing re-design efforts of the entire website. After reshuffling the front page of the portal in May, we introduced a new interactive event calendar in June, making the media section the next logical step in this transition.

As you can tell from the previews above, the media section got a complete visual and functional overhaul. Not only does it now feature a more individual, content-related look for its various subsections, but it also presents a clearer structure, making navigation easier and more fun!
If you browse through the media section, you’ll discover that it has been updated with all the latest World of Warplanes content so that you don’t have to comb through old news to find a particular artwork or video. All is now in one place: from screenshots, to renders, fan-art, video guides or even the latest Wargaming TV episodes – the media section is the place for you to be if you want to immerse yourself in all the artistic and informative media that surround Wargaming and World of Warplanes.
