gamescom Recap – Day 3

Saturday, 16 August – Day 3 

Despite the rains covering Cologne this week, we had masses of new gamers literally pouring on to the gamescom show floor today. We made sure to welcome them all at our massive stand by not just showering them in goodies but actually involving them in the stage activity.

At the end of each World of Warplanes Q&A, we invited one brave fan to try their luck in a live gaming session against presenting developers Michael Zinchenko and Oleg Gotynyan! What was on the line? Bragging rights of having beaten developers at their own game, of course, but also a complimentary goodie to mark the occasion!

You think you’ve got what it takes? Come to gamescom tomorrow and prove it – live, on stage!

Thanks to the new PvE battle type, we now can play high-tier battles with absolute World of Warplanes newcomers here at gamescom!
