Dogefighter II Tournament Registration

Many of you will remember the first iteration of the Dogefighter tournament organised by the Death From Above group. The live-streamed finals were really amazing, with Guys Who Dated Your Cousin putting up a spectacular fight against Just For Fun, who eventually won first place and walked away with 4,000 Gold! Guys Who Dated Your Cousin finished second with 3,000 Gold and the team with a name that is far too long, DFA The good, the bad and the Pegas, flew off with 2,000 Gold for third!

Important dates:

The rules in a nutshell:

• The team roster may consist of up to 8 players.
  • 6 standing members.
  • 2 reserve members.
• Vehicle limitations:
  • Only Tier VI planes are allowed.
  • Each team must have planes from the tech trees of at least three different nations.
  • Each team must field five fighters and one heavy fighter or ground attack plane.
• Tournament format: 
  • Best of three (Bo3) until the semi-finals.
  • Best of five (Bo5) for the final and semi-finals.
  • Double elimination.
• Map pool: 
  • Please view the information and updates thread. 
•  Games:
  • Each battle lasts a maximum of 10 minutes.
  • The winner is determined by the system. A team can win by destroying all enemy planes or by achieving superiority.
  • If a game ends in a draw, a rematch will be played (please see explanation in the full rules).
